How we collect, use, protect and delete your personal information under the Data Protection Act, 2020.
Who we are
VVB Solutions JA (“we”) is the data controller for the personal information you give us through this website, by WhatsApp, by email or in person. Contact us at profservicesja@gmail.com or 876-558-3733 about anything in this notice.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, address and parish; the details of the service you request; and the documents you give us for it — which may include identification, TRN, certificates, business records and property documents. For shop orders we collect your contact and delivery details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we use it
Only to carry out the service you asked for, to contact you about it, to take payment and to keep the financial records the law requires. We share your information only with the government agency handling your application, a partner attorney where the service needs one, and the payment or delivery provider involved. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
Uploaded documents are deleted automatically 90 days after your request is completed or cancelled. Basic records of the request (your name, contact details, the service, dates and payments) are kept for up to seven years for accounting and tax purposes.
How we protect it
Files travel over an encrypted connection, are stored on secured servers that are not publicly reachable, and can only be opened by our signed-in staff. We do not ask for your passwords to government portals.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we no longer need it. You may also complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
