Our role

VVB Solutions JA is an independent service provider. We are not a government agency and cannot guarantee any agency’s decision or processing time. Turnaround times we quote are estimates based on experience.

Quotes and fees

Every quote shows our service fee separately from government or third-party fees. Government fees are paid to the agency and are not refundable by us once paid. Work begins once the quote is accepted and the agreed payment is received.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. Applications delayed or refused because of inaccurate or missing information may need additional fees to resubmit.

Legal documents

Legal documents such as sale agreements are prepared by a qualified attorney-at-law. We gather and organise your information; we do not give legal advice.

Refunds

If we cannot complete a service for reasons within our control, our service fee is refunded. Fees already paid to an agency follow that agency’s own refund rules.

Shop

Prices are in Jamaican dollars. Warranty terms are shown on each product. Items may be returned unused in original packaging within 7 days for exchange or store credit unless stated otherwise; faulty items are handled under warranty.
